Part I

Atop the tallest tower the light of dusk illuminated blandly a single man. He stood upon the large court like opening standing near the edge overlooking most the city of light. The silver of the towers shone golden in the light of dusk as they swayed ever so slightly in the strong gusting winds.

Spreading his arms within the gust his platinum blond hair whiped eveer more fiercely. He held this stance his eyes closed breathing in the fresh lifely breeze. the ever so distant sounds of chirping avians and distant life.

As if in a meditating state His voice began to hum a docile tone and his body began to sway slightly in seeming resonance with the humming sounds.HIs deep blue eyes slowly opened with a calming smile.

" trum Lust vo tsul murt, With Heavenly breathe..."

Part II

"...our fates entwine, to touch the skies where stars align."

His breathing steady his eyes calm, his voice chanting words of power. The sky began to change to night as the fain t light of both the sun and moon cast two shadows from the single tower that Valanres stood upon.

The wind increased its speed as he bore a single dagger into his right hand cutting his left palm. The shalow cut bled cleanly as he let the crimson life drip over the edge into the wind.

IN but a moment the air had changed. The sky now a dim grey. He was now in another place. Two towers stood side by side both uniqque and mystifiing in there on way. the city below was no more. only the a large forest stretched for miles upon miles.

~With in the tower walls he paced, from one room to another looking for the objects of his desire. Answers are what he seeked, anything, any object, any hint,anything. His ventures through the towers awarded many treasures,objects of power, knowledge past man's comprehension, yet all this he ignored searching, hunting as a predator hunts its prey.'

Obsession for the prize plagued his mind. His thoughts constantly on the hunt. tome to tome, scroll to scroll, his earch never ending. A week his search had carried him through and yet not even a hint. His patiance waning his anger slowly building at his failure. All these thoughts all these failed days plagued the back off his mind ading to his frustration. Soon he would have to leave and return another day. Nearly two weeks had passed is duties were calling. He would have to wait. and wait he did.~
