Contra Mundi

~His wings spread wide, the Seraphim holds his hands out, as if to embrace the world. All about him, lightning fills the sky, casting eerie shadows on the countryside. Above, the heavens weep tears of blood, rivers below run red with The Heavens' Tears. In the far sky, a myriad of colors burn, to his right, the Ancient Mount spits her flames like hell's rise, to his left, the sea screams in rage, her waves crashing upon the shores, sweeping away villages in one fatal move.

Below him, the earth trembles, collapsing strauctures that have stood for eternity. Around him, the wind rages, her fury uprooting the oldest and strongest of trees as if they had just begun to sprout. Across the earth, beasts go wild, canines turning on their masters, felines ripping their owners' throats to shreds, birds attacking any they see, beasts, once tame, turning to feral, crazed monsters.

Men, in their taint, turn on one another. Brotherhood vanishes, left only to rage, hatred, and envy. Immortals scream in anguish as the plagues ravage their lands, flesh turning to ruby red stone, fire raining down on the desert world, losusts consuming the crops of the Holy Empire, the deaths of the first borns in the Newly formed Cold Land.

His is the hand that brings destruction, the hand that delivers salvation or destruction. About him spawn billions of winged beasts, some of what seems light, others of shadow. Eyes, black as night, blue as the day sky, as they fly out into the world, delivering death to the children of the sinners. Demons, angels, neither, yet both, at command of the Contra Mundi, burst from the heavens, delivering the ultimate punishment, at the behest of their Tempest, their Destroyer.~

"Geliefert ist die Sünden des Mannes, geliefert ist die Erlösung, die Vernichtung, die Sie alle suchen."

~The Contra Mundi smiles,the veils of hell and heaven break, unleashing into the world those demons and angels, long since passed to legend and myth. Into the world, once more, sins come, the destroyer, the judge, the righteous, the prideful, the savior, are born. Wings, white as purest snow, black as darkest obsidian. Dead are the old gods, who in their time fell to corruption. Born is Contra Mundi, the One True God. At his command, is Heaven and Hell both. Subservient, those who serve no gods, fall to their knees.

His thoughts, to the PuppetMaster, go, her icey eyes, her golden hair, like angels' threads, her heart, black as demons' soul. She, who him, from eternity delivered. His right hand, to find his left hand. She is risen once more, walking again the earth. Hope is lost to the world, for no weapon forged, no magic born, no being risen, him can destroy. The end has begun.~

~Below Contra Mundi, the right hand watches the fear as it takes the world in its grasp, the mark of the PuppetMaster on her bare back. Her black, backless, dress billows in the tempest, risen in the Contra Mundi's deliverance. From her echoes the Faythes, flying into the world, delivering the words of Salvation, the means of Destruction.~

~PuppetMaster looks upon her creations, the body, the Angel who Fell, of this woman, in which she has resided for so many ages. She is the Harbinger, the Bringer of the Contra Mundi. Her destiny is met, and now she is free, free to deliver unto this world that which she has desired: Death.

From her, the Faythes fly free, their ancient power awakening those who have slept the ages away: The Se7en, the Knights of the Apocalypse, the Old Ones, the Ancients, in their tombs awaken once again to deliver that which man was born to feel. The portals, once sealed, to the original world, open once more in the skies, granting man a look to Earth, where he ruled, where he brought death and pain, where his greed delivered fires from the sky, blacked out the sun, and caused the moon to plummet to the Earth, from which the immortals brought him to Argentum, brought him to safety.~

((the future of Argentum, or at least the possibility that will arise if this time frame is saved. Basically, the story is as follows:

Argentum, having learned of the ______, managed to repent its sins, yet many races and kingdoms fell before Contra Mundi and his power, so too did the false gods. Upon the ruins of the Old World, the survivors, human, vampire, and immortals, built a world which they could enjoy.
Many people were lost, but we always look to the future. Contra Mundi, his job done, turned from his own duties, taking with him his bride, and became a man of Honor and Kindness. Mankind, indeed all peoples, had finally seen the light, and he had finished what his creator had forseen.
Even so, among the ruins, old enemies rose once more. Now under rule of Papal Father Ferdinand Sforza, the Holy See seeks to bring the world under its grasps, while the Immortals of Aion seek to spread the Teachings of Barbossa and the One True God. Meanwhile, old allies, long since forgotten by men and immortal alike, await the arrival of the Hero of the Bloodline, living happily in Encarta.))
